Privacy Policy
Last updated July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SELCOR, INC dba Receptive ("Receptive," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI phone agent platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by SELCOR, INC dba Receptive, located in Lee County, Florida, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at admin@usereceptive.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, and credentials you provide when creating an account or workspace.
- Business and configuration data — information you or your end customers provide to set up an AI phone agent, such as business details, hours, services, knowledge-base content, call flows, and integration settings.
- Call data — phone numbers, call metadata (time, duration, direction, outcome), audio recordings where enabled, transcripts, summaries, and any information a caller shares during a call.
- Usage data — logs, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Answer, route, transcribe, summarize, and analyze calls handled by your AI phone agent;
- Build and maintain integrations to the software you use;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions and usage;
- Provide support and communicate with you about the Service;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Call recording and transcription
The Service can record and transcribe phone calls when you enable that feature. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located before recording or transcribing calls. We process call recordings and transcripts as a service provider on your behalf to deliver and improve the Service.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers (subprocessors) — including cloud infrastructure, telephony, payment processing, and AI model providers that help us operate the Service, bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Your integrations — where you connect third-party software, we exchange data with those services at your direction.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of certain sharing. Where we act as a service provider or processor for a business customer, we will direct requests to that customer. To exercise your rights, contact us at admin@usereceptive.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
